Hobsons is an approved training practice of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. We are also members of Mercia, an independent training group who provide our professional staff with a wide range of training, from initial induction courses for students to management and CPE accredited courses for partners and senior staff.

We offer our students full support for professional examinations, and practical on the job training to back up the theoretical knowledge. Our students have provided the firm with an excellent record in passing the examinations of the various professional bodies.

Because of the high levels of client contact in our work the people we are looking for must be enthusiastic, show an aptitude for hard work as well as be personable with good communication skills.
